Restorative Practices for Parents
Our Restorative Parenting Programmes supports parents who have had their children removed from their care, and need to access intensive, bespoke
guidance, and support to assist in developing positive parenting capacity and adopting alternate parenting skills.

All of our Restorative Parenting Programmes are specifically adapted to meet
the needs of the families that we are working with and activities are planned
with the family members through using circle communication. Therefore each
programme schedule is individual and tailor made to meet needs.

Restorative Practices for Schools
Restorative Practices (RP) is not a new phenomenon. Rather, it offers an
established framework, upon which good practice can be built. This approach
provides schools with a range of solutions that seek to promote mutually
respectful relationships whilst managing behaviour and conflict, addressing
bullying and absences, and building community cohesion, whilst reducing
suspensions.

Our RP for Schools is offered across 2 or 3 days, depending on the school's
requirements and schedule.

Restorative Practices for Private Sector
Restorative Practices (RP) is a social science approach, which studies how to repair and improve relationships, improve communication and develop positive leadership styles. In the workplace, relationship building is critical between employers and employees, employees and employees and among employees and customers.

Our RP Programme for the workplace supports organisations by ensuring that everyone's voice is heard, professional hurt is addressed, problem solving is
collaborative, accountability and responsibility is promoted to influence positive change and the principles of 'Fair Process' is used to support development and
achieve employee inclusivity and satisfaction.
