RP in the Workplace
Restorative Practices (RP) is a social science approach, which studies how to
repair and improve relationships, improve communication and develop positive
leadership styles. In the workplace, relationship building is critical between
employers and employees, employees and employees and
among employees and customers.

Our RP Programme for the workplace supports organisations by ensuring that
everyone's voice is heard, professional hurt is addressed, problem solving is
collaborative, accountability and responsibility is promoted to influence positive
change and the principles of 'Fair Process' is used to support development and
achieve employee inclusivity and satisfaction.
