What do our Form F and PARs include?
With a wealth of experience in completing Form F and PARs for local authorities and private fostering agencies, we are able to offer assessments that are reliable, relevant and robust. All assessments look at applicant’s emotional resilience and stick-ability, and are thorough and evidence based, looking at the following:

-
Prospective carer’s full background history (early childhood, school, work, family);
-
Information about all other household members, including criminal records checks where applicable;
-
Prospective carer’s relevant experience in parenting and childcare;
-
An analysis on prospective carer’s short and long term capabilities;
-
Applicants are set ‘homework’ after each visit so they have the time to reflect and respond to complex questions, which is then further explored at the next session. This also demonstrates the applicant’s willingness to engage in the assessment process and be active participants.
